Employee Assistance

An extremely important aspect of our customer service commitment is to assist our customers with effective responses to employee concerns and appeals. We will routinely provide technical information to employees, family members, supervisors and managers, including referrals and assistance in applying for various benefits. Our customer service standards include:

  • Maintaining open and continuous communication with company’s employees
  • Providing clear, complete, and correct information
  • Providing feedback and updates based on the requirements of each situation
  • Setting realistic expectations for all parties
  • Communicating information on changes in benefits or conditions in a timing manner
  • Communicating information in user-friendly and accessible formats
  • Maintaining current eligibility information and communicating those to employees
  • Processing enrollment applications immediately upon receipt
  • Providing access to a "1-800 benefits line" for secondary appeals
